- Restructured the HTML for better readability and semantics
- Moved inline CSS and JS into separate dedicated files (style.css, main.js)
- Removed duplicate or unnecessary CDN links (e.g. FontAwesome, Bootstrap)
- Enhanced CSS styles for layout, table, responsiveness, and badges
- Improved form and table structure for better user experience and maintainability
- Removed duplicate imports
